When I desperately needed a product for my enzyme deficient dog and the product wasn't available on the website, a kind & friendly sales rep took a little extra trouble to help me out. She found two spare boxes somewhere and shipped them to me. Petbest is quick to ship the product and they follow-through with emails to keep you updated on your purchase. Happy Pup!

So satisfied with my whole order. My puppy loves the Nutro Crunchy Treats, peanut butter, can't find them in the store. I ordered Science Diet food, shampoo, ect... At the pet store I walk around and can't find anything or it's just too expensive. I tried this and it was 123 and my order was here in a couple days. I love it! My puppy loves it! She was so excited when I opened her box order and it was all for her.

Great follow up

The first order was delivered wrong with the incorrect product and incomplete. However within 24 hours of discovering the error, both items on the order were delivered to me. Our 18 mos. shidtzu,Cassie enjoys the various treats we got her from your Co. but she is slow adjusting to the Food.

I first found your product at Wag N Wash where we have Cassie bathed and groomed
so I went on line to find it and it is about $6.00 less buying it on line,so I decided to try the food also for her she seems to like it but does not eat as much at one time.So,I think I better change the frequincy of shipments from every six weeks ,I need to monitor this for a while.I am told that it is because of the better quality of food Cassie does not require as much..All in all I am pleased with the product.

Super products but minimum charge is wrong!!!

I love their products but paid an exorbitant price for something I needed due to the added "minimum" price required and a very high shipping cost. Would not buy from them again due to unfair pricing.

Great value on goods and shipping, issues with communicating status back to the customer.

I found PetBest.com when my vet declared that my 90lbs lab needed different food. She recommended Wellness Simple and after exhaustively looking in the Seattle area, shops only sold the small (and heavily marked up bag). To Google I went and discovered PetBest.com.

Two things why I love them: Huge selection of dog food, specifically the wellness brand at affordable prices. $59 for a 26lbs bag of food is affordable. The other reason? Free shipping on orders over $50. The combo of well priced dog food (which is heavy) and free shipping is why I keep coming back.

Their biggest issue is that they need to investigate their email sending setup and/or software that sends emails to customers. This past order I only received an order confirmation but no shipping confirmation. So one day the food was just there on my porch. The order prior to that (5 weeks or go) sent me out a shipping confirmation every single day, even one after the food arrived. Eventually it stopped.

Fabulous!!

This was a good find for me. I'm always buying pet food last minute, and I was able to select my brand... check out... and receive the food in a snap. From now on I will definitely stick with a delivery system for my pet food! Plus I was sent a tracking number for my delivery within a couple hours after I placed my order, I was able to track it all the way till delivery.

Great Experience

Thanks Pet Best... I ordered a hard to find dry kibble. I was almost completely out of my existing bag so I was glad my order arrived quickly. It took two days from when I placed the order. The box was left on my door step and I found all to be packed nicely and in good order. Overall I can't complain at all, it was a great first impression.

Sending back order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have been more satisfied if I had been advised that the product that I had ordered was not available. I would have cancelled the order. I was sent a product that I did not want, Now I have to find a FEDEX and send the order back, which I am not happy about! I probably will never order from this company again.

The invoice did not match the contents.

The invoice in a small box of items stated that two 30 lb bags of dry food should be in the shipment. The bags still have not arrived five days after the box arrived.

Hard to find products and fast delivery

I wanted to try Party Animal dog food after hearing about it from a friend. I could not find a store in my area that carried that food. I have ordered it from PetBest twice now and have signed up for continuous delivery. The product arrives at my front door, in good shape, and the dogs love it. Better pricing than in-store or other on-line companies.

Excellent price. Everything intact. Delivery a little slower than anticipated, but on time. We have been buying from Wag.com. Nearly every month the price has gone up. Wag.com delivers, for free, in 1-2 business days; however we wondered why the continuous price increases. That is why we looked to PetBest.com. The delivery time was more like 7-10 business days, so we'll have to plan ahead better with our next order. But the cost was better.

Delivery took much longer than anticipated, and was late on top of that.!

I ordered a 26lb bag of Core dog food. It's the first time I've purchased it online as its readily available at the local PETSMART. However, the convenience of front door delivery, avoiding traffic, using my time for something else, etc., was appealing, not to mention free shipping. Prior to placing the order, there was no mention of estimated shipping time, but how long could it take for a bag of dog food? Well, I received an order confirmation along with an estimated shipment date a week later! So, I ended up having to go to the pet store to buy enough food to get me by until the order arrived, of course when you buy smaller quantities its not as economical so I ended up spending more, waiting longer and making the trip to the pet store I was trying to avoid. Last but not least, the shipment finally arrived 2 days later than it was scheduled to....so, back to the pet store!
