Ryan and Chris delivered with care very polite men.

I ordered 2 items on 4 September. I received an email confirming which indicated delivery would be between 4-7 days. There was no mention of any delays or items not now being in stock. I received an email letting me know the items would be delivered on 14 September, some 10 days after the order was placed. The email told me I would get a SMS with a 2 hour delivery time slot. I didn't receive a SMS. When I called at 5pm I was initially cut off. When I called back I spoke to someone who could literally not have been less interested. She said there was an error and they would deliver the next day. Whilst on the call I received an email stating that they had rearranged my delivery as REQUESTED BY ME, which was incorrect.

I had stayed in all day already and was not wishing to do that again. I expressed my disappointment. I was met with silence. I would have at least expected a gesture of goodwill.

I decided to cancel the order and was then told it might take unto 7 days to receive it ( I did not think to check if it would be for the whole amount - I hope it will be). I cancelled because I did not wish to be let down again.

At every opportunity the Cotswold Company have let me down. AVOID!

Gary and Jake did an amazing job at delivering my new bed safely. And early in the day so I could get on setting it up. Excellent service, thank you.
The Arlington brass bed is stunning. Assembled on my own which is doable but easier with 2.

Ryan and Chris were really helpful carrying the furniture to where I needed it. They were both very polite and a credit to the Cotswold company.

Delivery re-arranged to suit me perfectly. Minor flaw when product arrived which Cotswolds Co. resolved quickly the same day. Professional to deal with on both email and phone. Great to speak to people rather than a chat box. Thank you Cotswold Co.

On receiving a faulty product the item was soon rectified Thankyou

Loved the quality and look of the furniture. Package great too. Unfortunately delivery company let you down. Paid to have it delivered on Saturday. Showed on your site that it had been delivered eventually arrived on the Tuesday. Worrying weekend thinking it had gone missing.

I had a really great experience with Ross & Anthony today. My chest of drawers was delivered, and the whole process was excellent from start to finish.

Ross and Anthony delivered a table and chairs set and were friendly and professional throughout. They set it up quickly and efficiently and made sure we understood how the extendable leaves operated.
