I returned ice skating blades to you for exchange, and you have STOPPED RESPONDING. Why? if you will not respond, please refund my several hundred US$! Otherwise, it is just theft.
Made several orders. Send back two of them.
For one I received a confirmation email but waiting for the money for the past month!! For the other, there was not even a confirmation email and just by calling them, they confirmed to have received the package but still no refund!!

Took 3 days to find out (I called) ....that something wrong with my order and it will never be delivered and it takes another 7-8 working days to get my money back.
