I went new school and bought one the Gigaset viop phone with its corresponding base.

I had some issues with the battery and the base making a noise. I gave them a call and they were really pleasant. I sent the stuff back and in 2 days had the new base and my phone is up and running once again.

I love the phone and can alternate between viop calls and the land line.

This is by far the best customer service I have received in a long time. Would recommend them to anyone.
