PostNord tested my patience big time
I was really upset with the delivery. Someone thought it was a good idea to deliver my parcel in Virum ao invés de Kongens Nyrtov. (I live in Ørestad, so no, it was not close to my home at all.) on top of that I am recovering from a knee surgery and I had to go in pain to retrieve the parcel for 12stations and back. If I can choose the carrier in the future, It won’t be PostNord for sure.

Very bad service.I have ordered a package and they have left 5 zones away because the pick up point I have chosen was no more avaliable space ,so they haven't deliver another closer pick up point instead.
They did not offer to choose another place just left it somewhere without thinking.
Terrible experience.

Would not use again
Would not use again, they made no efford to delvier my parcel to my door as I have paid. The driver literally called my mobile for 1 second, I am not exaggerating, I didn't even have time to grab my phone from the desk in front of me, he had already ended his call??!!! And of course, me calling the driver back is never possible 🙄 I strongly suspect he was just too lazy to carry it to my floor with the elevator, otherwise I cant imagine why he literally rang my mobile for NO LONGER THAN 1 second, AND he didn't even bother to ring my intercom AS IT WAS WRITTEN ONTHE BOX, AS PART OF MY ADRESS. He was literally already in front of my intercom, he had the number, but he could not have been bothered to ring at least the intercom and I would have RAN downstairs to take my parcel so he wouldn't have to wait for me for too long, since he didn't have 2 seconds to ring my phone number, NOR the INTERCOM NR, as was instructed on the ADRESS. For some bizzare unexplainable reason, he didn't even bother to get out of the car with my parcel and walk 2 steps towards the intercom if he couldn't be bothered to ring my phone nr. For longer than 1 second.
Obvious case of 'he just didn't feel like doing his job', because it was a Monday and thanks to him, my child's medication was 3 days late (incl the weekend because they are SO incredibly slow), I had to wait until Tuesday at 20:00 when they just dumped it at a pakkeshop, and I had to carry all 13 kgs by myself, 4 months pregnant, no one at home available to help me, my other child sick at home, a simple task that I HAD PAID POSTNORD to do, was turned into a nightmare and I had to run with my child to the ER because their driver was too lazy to ring my phone or intercom. A man, he was too lazy to get out of the card and bring me my parcel at least to my building, instead he chose to drive on, who cares that I paid for home delivery?
Well done PostNord! Seems like you would hire absolutely ANYONE to handle and deliver people's belongings, amare there absolutely no sandards anymore? Cant you at least not hire the ones that ignore the PAID home delivery indication altogether because of laziness??? The least you can do, don't you think?

My delivery is marked as „delivered“ in the app, but I don’t have a package. It is also written, that I got an email about that. No, I didn’t!! And the customer service is not reachable for any questions, the chatbot is unable to help me. So, where is my parcel????
