Powertoolbiz 

I bought some tools two years ago, everything went smooth. But now it is broken, I cannot get in touch with them. E-mails to their default e-mail address is bouncing. Maybe the company doesn't exist anymore. Also through Ebay no contact is possible.

ive been looking for a bosch gta 2500 stand but was looking for a good deal, which i found from powertoolbiz, ordered in xmas holidays arrived just after, with good communication, im in the trade so buy tools regular & will look to powertoolbiz first

Searched high and low to find the deal for the Bosch drill and impact drivers I was looking for and found it on Powertoolbiz. The goods arrived, well packaged but I was disappointed that it took three days to arrive. I guess I am used to screwfix delivery times! Overall, it was a good deal and I will use them again

The product was competitively priced, and delivery was close to the target date. Hopefully when the website is upgraded there will be speedier confirmation of despatch and delivery dates.

The price for the drill was competitive and dispatch was confirmed with tracking details.

I recently purchased a couple of drills on the web site; the prices were very good the web site was easy to use no problems there.
Never received the conformation email says that the goods have been dispatched so called them they said it has not been sent yet.
Goods arrived without any email or tracking number for me to trace.
