In the UK, you're covered up to £5,000.
In Sweden, you're covered up to 50,000 SEK.
Buyer Protection applies to retailers that display the Buyer Protection symbol next to their name in the price lists on PriceRunner.

I strongly advise caution when using PriceRunner to locate retailers.
Your platform directed me to a seller called Pro‑Camera, from whom I purchased a lens. Despite multiple delivery commitments, the item has never arrived, and the retailer has now held my payment for Nine days without fulfilling the order.
I cannot confirm whether Pro‑Camera is a scam, but their behaviour, repeated broken delivery promises, lack of dispatch, and poor communication, raises serious concerns.
When PriceRunner lists retailers with unreliable fulfilment, it damages trust in your service.
A comparison site must ensure that sellers meet basic standards of delivery reliability, otherwise users are exposed to financial risk.
Based on this experience, PriceRunner currently offers no meaningful assurance of retailer quality. A low price is irrelevant if the product never arrives. I urge you to review and remove retailers with poor delivery performance to protect future customers.
