Good service - poor product
Good and prompt service but seriously let down by poor quality product - Danwood compatible printer cartridge. 1st item returned as unusable and the replacement although usable is noticably inferior print quality to HP originals.

It was myself that helped you to find a cheap way of printing the ever-increasing amount of forms that you are being asked for. Compatible cartridges are a great cost saving alternative to originals where quality is not paramount and I’m sorry to hear that this hasn’t worked very well for you personally. It’s most unusual for us to hear of a faulty cartridge for which I apologise profusely and trust that our Customer Service team rectified it quickly for you.
