Found them using Google as we were sick of companies marking up their products and needed a new supplier. Promo-Gifts were the cheapest by far! Very friendly and helpful, and the delivery came the next day, as they said it would. Will definitely use them again :)

Exceptional

I had ordered engraved glasses with another company who turned out to be a fraud, so I contacted Promo Gifts. I'm so please to have discovered this company. Their comunication, transactions and products where excellent. The glasses arrived in time for our event, even though I hadn't given them much notice, and they looked great!

On time, all as promised

Ordered 5000 water bottles. We were struggling to find a company to turn them around as quick as we needed them. Promo gifts stepped in and we got our order on time and they look great!

Very friendly service but bad communication and design from the artwork department

The person I dealt with at the office was really helpful and friendly, and the stock came extremely quickly once it was ordered, however the artwork department seemed to be rubbish - I kept having to resend the images and ended up doing most of the work for them as they did not seem to have a good understanding of aesthetics.

Thanks for your Review. My apologies that you did not experience a smooth approval process. I can see from your order the artwork was done free of charge for you by our printers.

Over the coming months we will be implementing an on-line approval system that will be managed totally in house by our artwork department.

You will then be able to deal directly with myself (David) for any of your future artwork issues.

We have used this company in the past and had no complaints with the product ordered or the quality of the print.
We were running an event this weekend and wanted to get an order of pencils with our partnership logo on them. I had contacted the sales team (Mel Bright) on Monday and was told they'd be able to put this through as a rush order, we received them on the Friday. I would definately recommend using Promo-Gifts to any other business.

Good quality product with a timely arrival of the stock, but the order arrived incorrect and not in line with what we ordered and subsequently we have received unsatisfactory response to our queries.

Overall the quality of the wristbands we ordered is very good. The order that we placed also arrived when expected which again was very satisfactory.
However, the order was not fulfilled to the requirements laid out in our original order! We have challenged this in a number of emails over the last couple of weeks and despite these attempts to get this issue addressed we are still awaiting a satisfactory response to our query.
We have been offered a £50 credit off a subsequent order, which at this stage is most unlikely as ourfirst order is yet to be fulfilled as requested, and we have received no response in terms of how the original issue is to be resolved. Overall rating of the service we have received is therefore low as a direct result of the way this issue has been left open.

We have been in contact with this client. It appears that our correspondance has been lost in spam filters and bounce backs.

After a phone call we agreed that both parties had made an error and we have agreed to deliver a further 500 units by way of compensation on our part. The client is happy with this resolution and will hopefully post to agree^

We ordered 60 bears with printed tee-shirts to give to the children at our Nursery party to celebrate the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

The initial contact was friendly and helpful, down to explaining how to find the colour match for the ink. Emails and communications were fast and efficient, we were never left wondering where we were or what would happen next, and the products have arrived before their due date.

The bears are exactly as described, good quality and I know the staff will be fighting for the couple of 'spares' that we have!

Will definately use them again if we need anything similar and would definitely recommend them.

My company had really tight guidelines, and Roman delivered everything we wanted perfectly...the fact that the bespoke rock sweets tasted great too was a massive bonus! Although, I feel I will need to make an unscheduled trip to my dentist soon!
