Almost excellent - just let down by after sales.
Excellent product & price etc., - I was just a little disappointed by the delivery schedule. When I placed the order, the website showed goods in stock, I received the confirmation email and I presumed they would be despatched immediately. However, when the item hadn't arrived after 3 days, I called & was told the item was actually coming direct from the manufacturer & that the order had been 'placed today' with them - the lady on the 'phone had a slightly off-hand attitude & certainly didn't appear to think I had any reason to be disappointed. Sure enough, I did then receive my order within 24hours, direct from the manufacturer, but I think the website, or at least the email confirmation, should have made clear that there would be a few days delay.

I am not that happy with the anti-slip tape.
I purchased some anti-slip tape and laid it behind our brake rollers, it lasted less than 2.0 hours before it ripped and shredded.

Prosol are efficient , not always the cheapest
Yeah as per usual a sensible service, I still would like some cheaper bulk buys ... analyser filters would be good. Plus found VOSA printer cartridges at £ 21.74 ... . Please kick your buyers up the backside
