Great product and speedy dispatch
Item was just as described and was dispatche within 24 hours. Only negative was that FedEx let down the side a bit-they let a person I didn't know in my building sign for it and didn't notify me. Consequently it was days later that I actually tracked it down!

very good
slight issue with delivery as I am not able to be home every day to receive the shipment and had to wait an extra couple of days so that I could be there, would have collected from the depot but it was 30+ miles away

Had difficulty accessing the website. The gentrleman who answered, talk me through the various screens as I did not need the special promotional code required. This may have to be addressed on your website as it could be quite off putting. The product arrived as promised and I am happy with the quality and the price for the product by your organisation.

great but delivery was not good
The item I recieved was fast deliveried and was easy to use. the website. only thing was the delivery guy had deliveried it to the wrong address and I would have not got it. if the guy who recieved it had not phoned me.

I ordered a tennis elbow strap, it arrived the next day, unfortunately it was to big, I phoned and explained told to sen it back and money was refunded and actually back in my account in 2 days. Excellent product (skins), excellent service
I needed some new thermals for snowboarding and decided upon skins. Probably a bit more than I'd previously spent on thermals but well worth the extra- superb fit and now I can't wait to try them out on the hill

Only part order arrived
Only part of the order arrived . It wasnt until I questioned were the other item was did you they in to the problem . Then I felt like I was asking for ther items like had already recieved it and was trying to get another one . Felt very uncomfortable . Then was contacted by email to say the other item had been sent . Wouldnt use this company again and wouldnt recommend them .
