My trolley suffered a frame breakage on a Saturday. I ordered the replacement part the following day (Sunday) and by 9.30 on the Monday I had received email confirmation of dispatch. The part arrived Tuesday which meant that the trolley was back in full working order before my next scheduled game on Wednesday. Could not have asked for more.
