I wanted a remote controller for my trolley. My only negative was it took me an age to find it on the website - there was no header for the unit. However when I did find it - the ordering and delivery was very very impressive (although not sure what the 'both way' charge on the statement meant)

Will shop again - but please make the search for products easier
