It all makes sense now. I was promised a refund for goods and never got it. Emails just bounce back undelivered and the website is down.

I have now ordered two times through their webshop.
After a long search I found their products to be best priced and their support is really good too.
I have ordered The Multiplex Funcopter V2, Lipo batteries and other helicopter accessoires.
They gave fast response (within 20 minutes) to questions and they delivered the products on time.
My experience with RC toys is that they are very helpful and give great service and products.

AVOID this shop
RC-TOY.de, the RC shop with the worst customerservice i ever encounterd. Even the cheapest Chinese shops deliver more service!
So be warned, if you buy there you will get no after sales service and a warranty claim takes many months.

Date shipment received (UPS): 28-11-2014
They shipped it from Germany to The Netherlands (I live there), so there is nothing wrong at all with the shipping time.
I buyed my Multiplex Easystar II at RC-Toy because they were the cheapest I can find. First I contacted them to be sure they had the Easystar in stock. I received an answer in 10 minutes, that's fast enough in my opinion.
The package was almost two times the box of the Easystar II, they surrounded the empty space with plastic with air.
