Do Not Buy from the Safari Quip site…

Do Not Buy from the Safari Quip site unless you want to lose your money and not receive the goods you paid for. I ordered a pair of Keens sandals, got confirmation of the order and they immediately deducted the money from my account. They never sent the shoes. I have emailed, (they don't reply) phoned, (they don't answer) left messages (no response) and written on the site enquiry form to absolutely no response at all! So if you dont want to get ripped off, heed mine, and the other recent reviews.
If you pay for something and you don't get it, that's called stealing. Its a criminal offence so I will be following this up.

Please note: All the good reviews are at least two years old before the company was sold to new owners.

If it was possible to give no stars thats what I would do.

Returns and Refunds

The company sent out a Lifesystems Arc Self Supporting mosquito net. I want to return it and get a refund. I have phoned and no one answers; I have left voicemail messages and no one calls back. I have sent emails to email addresses and no one replies.

Perfect Fit : European to American shoe size conversion.

As I was used only to European and British shoe sizes was REALLY nervous about buying this pair of perfect ( for my taste and needs) but expensive American shoes fearing the worst. But I consulted SafariQuip size guide table and crossed my fingers! I had to pay an Extra importation tax over and above the shipping costs but... Happily the shoes arrived today and are a PERFECT fit. Thank you guys at SafariQuip for your accuracy.
