Hard to Cancel Subscription
It's way too difficult to cancel a subscription.
You're forced to give a reason and then confirm several times. They're clearly betting on people missing the final confirmation, so they will keep paying without noticing.

An amazing online book store resource
I have been a Saxo-customer for years and years, from around 2014 or similar. I have always been able to find any book I looked for (I have sometimes very niche preferences). Anything from really new releases and also oldies but goldies Saxo has a huge collection of books! The books are always sent my way in a really quick time and the quality is great. I highly recommend Saxo you can find any book you desire and they are a great service. Even in books that were highly specific and orders that were delayed the communication and customer service was amazing and I was always satisfied and enjoyed all my books 🥰
