I bought a DAB tuner and could not get the DAB function to work at all. It arrived on time but the box looked like it had been kicked around a warehouse for months. After 5 messages the only contact seems to have been the firm telling Play.Com that it had been delivered which was not the issue. I managed to fix it but no thanks to them.
Hopeless customer service, suggest avoiding them.

I had to ring to confirm delivery of T.V. to the Isle of Man and I got very helpful and efficent service. On the site itself I found it very easy to navigate to find what I was looking for and the checkout was good and easy to navigate and was completed in a couple of minutes
Wanted A Sony RDRHXD995 DVD Recorder with hard drive - Richer Sounds had one slightly cheaper but in store pick up only - found ShopAV on Google - placed order on 9th Mar (free delivery option 3-5 days) arrived this morning 11th Mar (2 days!) - including free upgrade to Multi Region (as promised on web site) - good price, great service will be back for more.
