Same thing happened to me but i sent it back to sinwest. After months we got sinwest to reply (send to neato robotics). Bought in sept 2011. Still got no vacuum cleaner. Money is gone and the website is down. Legal action wont be easy but will be taken.
I bought a Neato XV-11 by this company. The vacuumer was after a short while defective (RPS error). After contacting Sinwest several times, they finally answered after 3 weeks (!) They insisted that I had to send it return to the manufacturer, whom was ofcourse puzzled by this. Now, 4 months later, Sinwest has stopped responding my emails and I still have a defective vacuumer. Waste of GBP 400!!!
