I have been a customer since the mid 90's but I will never order from them again. I bought a Black Friday on sale item on the website, received an invoice order number 2571, then 3 days later got an email that they could not get me on the phone and that they needed to verify, I called back right away and talked to sales. 5 days later still no shipment or further info. The website does not allow me to check the order and gives an error message. The item on sale is still listed on the site except now for the original price. Terrible follow up customer service and no communication
