Great Experience and Easy to Redeem
I've received a Smartbox as a gift and was impressed by how simple it was to redeem. The selection of activities was excellent, and the booking process was smooth. It's a wonderful alternative to traditional gifts and creates lasting memories instead of just another item.

Lack of services /facilities at the chosen hotel
I was disappointed with the hotel services: they had a sauna but it was unisex. The smartbox was a wedding anniversary gift so I went with my husband. Therefore I would have preferred if I could have been in the sauna with my husband instead of him in one and me in another.
There wasn’t anything that could be done as a couple so this was disappointing.
However, I did like the night away and I enjoyed the breakfast provided with the overnight stay.
I would have preferred if the evening meal had been included in the package.
