Could not be easier - everything worked perfectly
Although the webshop is not maybe of the latest design - ordering was straight-forward, easy to follow what the status of the order was and the best thing was that they delivered their promise. Ordered on Sunday evening and my new cap was waiting in the post box on Wednesday. Very much impressed.
