Bad store, sent a simple connector instead of the entire order
Bought something I was lead to believe was a docking station. Ended up receiving a simple connector. Now they're using the fact that they shipped a box to avoid giving me back my money even if I sent back the "connector". Wrong way of doing business, avoid them. Plenty other stores to buy from.

Dear Customer,
The title of the item you ordered on the product page was "FRU - DVI-to-VGA adapter - for ThinkPad USB Port Replicator with Digital Video 45K1610"
It clearly says that it is a DVI-to-VGA adapter. I don't see how you were lead into thinking anything different.
Second, when you called I spoke with you. I said that we would be glad to take back the item, we sent you an RMA and a shipping label.
I'm not sure what more we could have done from our end.
