Ordered a few things from Soera and everything looked great when it arrived. All the pieces fit true to size too, which I really appreciated. Sizing can be tricky online, but I was happy with this order.

I ordered a jacket from Soera an about 6 weeks ago. The jacket did not appear at all like it did in the photo on the website. The colours were completely different when I received it. I wanted to return the item, however return costs to China were almost as much as the cost of the jacket. I brought this to the attention of the customer service team and requested a refund and that they would cover the cost of shipping. I was instead offered a 50% partial refund which I am yet to receive. The customer service agent claimed the partial refund was issued there and then but it has been over a month and I am waiting. I would not buy from this website again.

Disgusting treatment, worst shopping experience I have ever had.

Received the wrong dress and was cheap AF quality. Despite clearly explaining that the item was not as advertised, customer service seemed determined to do absolutely anything except issue a full refund. Instead, I was subjected to an endless stream of increasingly ridiculous offers: 50%, 60%, 80%, or store credit.

I had to log a dispute with my bank. Once I did that I finally got my money back.
