Beware of this company

I sent 3 pairs designer frames to be reglazed, value approx £600 and have not seen them since. For 2weeks i have tried to contact them and it is impossible. Beware, do not send expensive frames, I am taking legal action against them.

Hi Carole, My sincere apologies for the problem, I've just tried to chase this up and can't locate a current order, I can see one for 3 reglazes made back in March, but that was dispatched by recorded mail and the royal mail tracking code shows it was delivered in March. I will contact you by email to chase this further.

Fab service, great prices

Well put together website with great feature of uploading your photo and trying glasses on your own face. Prices brilliant compared to those i saw on the high street and the service was excellent.

Superb! Superb! Superb!

Great web site which allows you to upload an image of yourself and try virtual glasses on. Fast efficient service, recieved my glasses within a week of placing my order. And the prices are unbeatable. I have used them twice and been delighted on both occasions. Would recomend them to everybody.

Delighted..

seemed strange to buy glasses online but really pleased with result.
Specs were good quality, prescription spot on. And v. good price.

Fast service and cheap

I had my glasses reglazed with high index lenses and received them back 5 days after i posted them. no problems, and only £61, about half what my optician wanted.
