I ordered a Denver Bronco bed sheet set for my son and paid a total of $65 for it. I know that seems steep, but I ordered two NY Yankee bed sheet sets years ago for my boys and found the quality of these sheets very nice. I was very disappointed when I received the Bronco set. The material was flimsy, the stitching poor, and strings were hanging out at the hems. Seriously - for that price! I bought the same pillow cases they sent me at Christmastime through a local discount store for $5 each. (Now for $5 I expected poor quality). I don't know what happened to SportsKids over the years, but they lost my business. I'm out the $65, plus return shipping back to them, plus a 15% restocking fee.

I placed and order and they imediatly charged my card. Then I got no notification that the item was backorderd nor was it marked that way before I ordered it. I called their 800# as well as their local ohone number hunfreds of times with absolutly no response. All 50 of my emails went unanswered. I eventually was refunded after about 2 months. So someone must have gotten at least 1 of my messages, but I did not know I had been refunded until I checked my credit card statement. I still double this is a real business and think they should certainly be investigated.
