I cannot recommend this company enough. I had been let down by another supplier and they pulled out all the stops to get my order to me the next morning. Extremely professional service, and they were happy to go through my requirements on the phone as I was unsure which toner cartridges I needed. 100% happy with the product supplied.

I bought 2 "high capacity" toner cartridges for my Brother laser printer from Sprint Ink. The first one leaked toner into the printer, which was a big hassle to clean up and is still causing occasional problems (printer stops printing until corona wire is cleaned). The second lasted a disappointingly short time compared to the low capacity cartridge supplied with the printer.
I emailed them asking for a refund several months ago and they didn't reply. Since I posted this review we have established contact and they did issue a refund.

I have checked back through all our archived emails and I cannot find a copy of the email you sent. If the email was sent as a reply to your invoice then this could be the reason it was not read as this is an automated email.
We pride ourselves on our high standard of customer service which is reflected in all our feedback. Our customer service is not automated and we always have a one to one contact with customers.
My apologies for the faulty cartridges you have received. All compatible cartridges do sometimes have problems which is why we replace any faulty ones immediately without question. If we had received notice of your cartridges being faulty they would have been replaced.

I have used Sprint-Ink for a few years purchasing their Samsung compatible toner cartridges.I find their customer service very helpful and friendly. Delivery times are exceptional! I placed an order at 3pm and received before 9am the next day! I would most definitely recommend them for your printer ink supplies!
