Summer Shopping 

We are asked to be constructive in these reviews but as you can see with all the others, there is nothing constructive to say. Other than do us all a favour and shut down. I ordered “leather” boots. Some boots did arrive, which from what I’ve read here is a minor miracle, but they were cheap, plastic and so tacky. I threw them away. Life is too short to go through the rigmarole it will take to get a refund. I ordered them after seeing an ad on Instagram. Never again. Serious scam

Total scam never got my order false tracking keep saying thy tried to deliver and my address was wrong wish I had seen the reviews first pretending to bea clarks outlet surely clarks have seen what is happening thy should be thrown off the Internet disgusting company

Same as all the other reviews total SCAM. false tracking details, non delivery etc. Thank goodness I paid through Paypal who fully refunded me.

My experience with your company is of order items and they’re taking 23 months to get here. I’m assuming you are a bunch of scam artist. And honestly, I don’t wanna buy anything from China or Hong Kong ever again might as well put in Japan as well.

I hope others read this. It is a total scam. Claiming to be Clarks shoes. Too late you realise they are in China conning people. PayPal were very good and refunded me.

I ordered two pairs of sandals over 7 weeks later they have not arrived and the company are refusing to refund my money. Blaming the delivery company and wanting me to contact them.
They offered 50% refund 'as we have both lost'!
Completely unacceptable.

I don't want to give them any stars I made two purchases with summer sale mart and it's a month over the time frame expectancy and they no longer are responding to my emails even those were auto generated the tracking number is not useful so I'm just sol over here report them do whatever to get them taken down

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals from a site on Facebook claiming to be Clark’s shoes they are not when you click order you get taken to another site . When the sandals arrived they were bad quality no size on them not wide fit not orthopedic and certainly not Clark’s they are asking me to send them back to china however ever the address on the parcel is

Total SCAM SCAM SCAM

ORDERED a product 3 months ago and they say they can not deliver as my address is not valid. I verified it with a Google maps screenshot and they tell me this address can only be found in India and are not even responding to my emails.
Total scam and I will be taking legal action

This Company is a total SCAM. They were advertised as Skechers, they at CHEAP China made shoes. I emailed to return them and they want me to go to the Post Office to check what the return cost would be and ONLY when they receive the item back will they credit me. They are in China and It would NOT be cost affective to return the JUNK.. They answer emails with automated broken english.
I WILL dispute this charge on my card and write as many BAD reviews as possible. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE WORTHLESS SHOES UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!
They offered me 10% off instead of returning the JUNK!!

Ordered a pair of shoes, never received them. Total Scam!

Total scam. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals size 4.5 but I was sent size 5.
I contacted them to ask for a refund and was told I would have to pay for the shoes to be posted back to China before they would give me a refund.
When I challenged this they offered me a 10% off if I kept them.
I ended up agreeing to this as couldn't be bothered and ended up giving both pairs to a charity shop. Total scam so beware

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered some sandals from them 3 weeks ago. No shoes, no refund, not answering my dm’s. When I put a comment under the last post on IG, they delete it every time. Do not buy from them, it’s a scam. BEWARE!!!

I was tricked by the way these sandals were presented. I love Clark shoes and jumped at the chance to buy them. Opened the package and felt sick at seeing such poor quality and the cut was so bad there was no sole under my baby toes. They advertise hassle free refunds. No by the time YOU pay to ship them back to China. Not Clark’s. You are out more money. Yes they offered me 10%and now 20% refund plus I get to keep the nasty things. Never going to buy again

Scam, avoid at all costs. If like me, you are reading the reviews after purchase and ask the company for a refund, they will offer you 10%, then 20%. Keep refusing. They made me a final offer of 40% refund which I refused and today got a full refund.

As per other reviews scammers they are pretending to be miss Mary of Sweden but when you order what you get is utter crap

Scam alert, this company is now representing itself as selling Miss Mary of Sweden bras. They have even managed to clone a sales video by the genuine company.
They are shipping the bras from China to a UK address and then forwarding them to customers. They are operating on several sites. The adverts give the illusion of the items being dead stock, its just a con.
Website used doesn't let you know that you've purchased from a Chinese company until you look at your statements.

Will be going down the resolution route with PayPal

This company are fraudsters advertising Clark’s leather sandals arrived today in a plastic bag all out of shape sandal also fake plastic company don’t want to know

Avoid this company- it is a scam. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals, on their website they looks really nice but when I received them I could have cried. The quality is absolutely awful, the straps are like bits of rags with raw edges and very badly finished seams. One of the “Pairs” dont match. I complained to the company and asked for a full refund - they said I could have 20% refund and keep the shoes -this was refused by me they increased it to 30% again I could keep the shoes. I refused and again asked for a full refund, they said I would get a full refund if I returned the shoes to them at my expense, that would be too expensive so by then I had lost the will to live so I agreed to 30% refund, it arrived in around 3 days. Keep well clear of this company, they sell crap and treat the customer like s—-. 😞
