Supaperfume 

I was not the perfume that I ordered - 50ml EDP but was sent an alternatively packaged hypnose perfume which wasn't in a sealed box. It was a paler colour that edp and I instantly knew it was edt. After many e mails back and forth I have been sent a £3 adjustment for the difference between the two which I find unacceptable. It took so long to get to this stage that I had to give the hynose I had to my daughter as a birthday present rather than send it back and get the right one. I am dissatisfied with this.

The perfume arrived as described, and within the timeframe indicated.

I am a fan of perfume, especially in love with vintage and discontinued stuff. This place is like a treasure trunk, you never know what gem you might find. Have ordered from them twice- everything arrived promptly, would definitely recommend to everyone!

Been customer now for up to 3yrs. n order was reported to be dispatched my account was debited immediately yet for 3wks+ no items came through despite my chasing up costomer service for status updates which were rather sketchy in the end with no cogent explanation and after 4wks or more I had to ask for my refund because they insisted the goods were still on their way?! I was really let down to say the least.

Took delivery of my order in a very quick time and the price of the item was very competitive. My only query was that the order said Intense Pleasures for Men and I received Pleasures for Men. However, as this was what I wanted and only ordered the Intense because it didn't appear to be an option, I was very pleased anyway. Would certainly use Supaperfume again.
