Paul, the owner of the shop came out personally to measure up our living room, dining room and hall and to give us a quote. He quoted for both carpet and hard wood flooring, which we eventually decided upon. When we went into the shop to choose, there was no pressure to make a decision immediately and we came away with several samples which allowed us to be confident in all lighting that we had picked the right shade of wood. When we ordered, we were give a complementary floor cleaner. The flooring was fitted over 2 days at a date convenient to us. The fitters used were a firm of qualified joiners who did a fantastic job and left no mess at all. Our floor looks fantastic and the roons look so much bigger. We would definitely recommend Surefit Carpets for the quality of or flooring and for the great service and professionalism of all the staff involved. The joiners even came out on a Sunday to ensure that the schedule was met.

Top notch company. This is the second time we've used Surefit. This time it was for carpet for the hall, stairs and landing , plus the vinyl flooring for the bathroom. Everything went very smoothly, the fitters were very efficient and made an excellent job. Everything first rate !

A hassle free experience from start to finish.

Great service arrived early, they did leave some rubbish outside my front door which I couldn’t remove due to back problems. I contacted the shop and Paul’s son came out soon after. He was very helpful and so pleasant. I have used Surefit carpets for over 30 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic service from start to finish. They made sure I had plenty of time to empty my bedroom. The fitter was a very polite and did an exceptional job. I have now used them twice and will use them again in the future. The quality of the carpet is excellent and so soft and it looks great.

Mark was aware my mother was in hospital and we were trying to get her home as soon as possible. I ordered the carpet on Sunday and it was here and fitted by lunchtime Friday.

The Owner of Surefit Carpets was very pleasant and helpful. He came out to do the measurements and brought some samples. He was very patient and gave advice. He also organised a joiner to adjust my door after the new carpet was fitted. This was a great help to me and very much appreciated. The carpet fitter was also pleasant and arrived promptly.
