Exellent delivery and great product!
I bought a Rab Microlight Alpine Jacket, colour Beluga. It's in a nice blue colour on the shop pages. AND there WAS a warning the colour might differ. Well it sure did!
This beluga I got is sort of grey, or as it is called: beluga grey. I can live with it, but I wonder why it's blue on the shop pages? Is there a beluga blue?
Anyway, this one is quite stylish too, and feels like very good quality !
Would have given 5 stars if not for the colour.
The size is XL, fits perfectly, I'm 6"2 (190cm), not skinny.

I first saw the old guys rule t shirts in Norfolk but could not get the design I wanted in my size. I searched the internet & came across Surf Mountain not only were they the cheapest but they also offered free delivery. Have recommended to friends & family.

Quick delivery but could have been quicker if had the option to opt out if signing for parcel on ordering - instead had to contact courier after 1st attempted delivery to authorise them to leave it in the porch- requiring them to make 2 journeys!

Story so far--ordered coat not the color I wanted because you dont stock that color!!
Will give you full review when I receive the goods! Derek Rollins Melbourne. Received coat, first time I have bought on line and I can see problems. First you did not stock the color I wanted which was Red. Then The other coat I liked you did not have the size so in the end I ordered a coat which is not the color I wanted because it was the only coat that looked O.K. and the size.End result--- not a bad coat but not as thick as I had imagined and I will have to lose weight because I should have ordered xxl . Apart from all those things,next time I will be a lot more careful. Derek

Great service, ordered a north face gillet, received 2 days later, didn't fit , so I sent it back and ordered another size , they refunded about 2 days after sending back, again great service and great gillet.
