15 min late for a pre-booked trip to airport
They are 15 min late for a prebooked (12 hours before) taxi to the airport on a monday morning. They start searching for a car for your trip 8 mins before they are supposed to be at your front door, which is clearly not enough time on a busy monday morning, their "excuse" is that they always only search for a car 8 mins before, regardless of whether its rush hour or not. This is and was unacceptable, use any other taxi service.

Two out of four taxis where 30 minutes late :(
Ordered four taxis for same addres four hours before we needed then. Two came. The other drivers complained they were at the wrong adress, and when the address was pointed out one driver said "i dont care, Im at the wrong place."
The other driver said when I complained about the lateness "that depends on how busy we are."
Fuckheads.

Don't drive with driver id 020891
We took taxi from kastrup airport 2 days ago and it will take time to forget the worse ever experience with the extremely rude unprofessional driver with id 020891. I described all in details to customer support and called back to follow up. Surprisingly, taxi didn't care about my complaint at all, no reaction, driver is still in service. Be careful. Never igen this taxi service. More competition in the business will change the way taxi companies treat customers.
