We used them once and they turned up 3/4's of an hour early, but the job was done - so hey.
the 2nd appointment was a no-show. 3 hours after the due time I got a call to say they had had to make "an emergency run to Dartford"? Really? We had a booking - what comes first?
Absolutely appalling service - used the company to move home from university. The van arrived more than 5 hours late and carried out extra jobs en route which had not been agreed. The driver illegally used his mobile phone without hands free, making personal calls with me (the customer) in the van. Complaints were brushed off and dealt with in a thuggish manner.
Terrible, would never use again or consider recommending.
