Very very unprofessional and unethical!!!
Ok what I like about shopping here is that there are always some good deals and best buys, and prices then are a real bargain. Not to mention weekend discounts of 10 percent. But what they really need to change is their customer support which is really lame and unprofessional. F.e. I made an order consisted of a fridge, stove and a washing machine. I made an reservation it was an weekend, and they told me to come on monday. When I arrived I could't believe my eyes. They sold the fridge I mad a reservation on, thus offering me another one from different brand . WTH? When I threatened with suing them they managed to find me another fridge same brand but in a different town, so I had to wait three more days for it to arrive. Very very unprofessional and unethical.
