Incredible customer services. It's not even customer service. It's deep rooted customer care - Mark, the director, cares about humanity and health. The products are advertised with an explanation that is unlike anything I've experienced in the world of supplements and health. The articles available so you can support your knowledge in working towards better health are fantastic. Brilliant.

I’ve bought from the Finchley Clinic a number of times and they’ve always provided an excellent service.

Recently I had an issue with a product and it was dealt with efficiently and speedily.

I rarely write reviews, but on this occasion I felt it was genuinely deserved.

My recent experience with The Finchley Clinic, and especially with Mark Lester, has been outstanding. Over the course of several email exchanges, I asked a number of questions about products, availability, payment and technical issues with the website. Every single reply was prompt, detailed, courteous and genuinely helpful.

What impressed me most was not simply the speed of the replies, but the care taken to explain everything clearly and honestly. When a product was no longer available, I was given practical advice on where I might still be able to find it. When I encountered a problem during checkout, Mark investigated it, explained exactly what had happened and even thanked me for bringing the issue to his attention so it could be corrected.

In a time when genuine customer service seems increasingly rare, dealing with someone who is professional, knowledgeable, transparent and truly committed to helping customers is refreshing. Throughout our correspondence I always felt that my questions were being taken seriously and answered with patience and respect.

Excellent customer service, excellent communication and a company that clearly cares about doing things properly.

I have purchased items from this company for a few years with no issues .
In May I paid 6.95 for the faster delivery service but the parcel arrived on the 5th day. When I contacted the company I was told I did have the service even though the goods had not arrived yet . I requested compensation for not receiving the service. What shocked me was the communication from Mark the CEO who was contacted by an employee while he was on holiday .
I have included part of the correspondence so others can judge the tone for yourselves .

‘ I am struggling slightly to understand the basis of your complaint.
As shown on the checkout page (see example screenshot below), we state clearly that we do not offer a guaranteed next working day delivery service.
If you require a fully guaranteed next-day service for future orders, it may be better to purchase from a retailer that specifically offers such a service, as we have deliberately made clear that this is not something we provide.’
‘ I understand you are considering raising a claim with your card provider or may have already done so. You are of course entitled to do so. Should that happen, we will provide our payment processor with:
evidence of the delivery timeframe selected,
the wording displayed on our checkout page,
and proof of delivery for the parcel.
Based on this, we are confident the matter would be resolved in our favour – though it will waste both your time and our own.’
The employee has already responded to your enquiry politely and professionally, and I do not believe there is anything further to add at this stage.
As I am currently away on holiday, I will not be corresponding further on this matter until I return to the UK, and if I am honest would have preferred to have had my holiday interrupted in this way.’

I have seen many reviews saying how good Mark the CEO is however if you question something or expect him to honour consumer rights or even look at things from the customers perspective you will be shot down .
My confidence in this company is zero.

When you call the Finchley clinic for support on purchases you get the very best help and knowledge. Mark is such a consummate professional, you know you've been in good hands and always come away with a plan of action! A great company with a great ethos.

I have been using the Microsomal Brain Health product
from the Finchley Clinic. My use is at an early stage but

Below the par customer service. No response to emails. My item is stuck in Royal Mail's system with no update on the tracking for 5 days. It might be lost. Yet they don't reply to my emails asking for a replacement/advice. Never again.

I had a disappointing experience with this company.

I understand that I may have made a mistake by not including the full building name in my address this can happen, and as a customer, I am human.

However, instead of offering a helpful or understanding solution, the response I received was quite discourteous. The wording suggested that I was “very lucky” to have received previous orders, which felt unnecessary and slightly patronising.

More importantly, the focus of the message was immediately on deducting postage costs, rather than trying to resolve the situation in a supportive way. It felt more like a warning than customer service.

Mistakes can happen on both sides, but the way they are handled defines the quality of a company. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect a customer-friendly or empathetic approach.

I hope the company improves its communication style in the future.

Excellent customer service, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff - always happy to answer questions and if they are unsure of the answer to a query, they will research it and get back to you.

Product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. You can truly feel the difference compared to inferior products; these are packed with ingredients that are actually good for you, not just there to bulk them out!

Where to begin?! This company has transformed my life. Mark has a true gift in recommending products that have transformed my blood work to optimum levels. An absolutely fantastic shop, its owned run by the clinic manger who is extremely knowledgeable about the body and all things health. The shop sells excellent products many of which i buy and use un my daily regiment. I'd trust anything sold by Finchley as they simply don't sell anything but high quality products. On top of thatchers customer care is second to non . Id highly recommend them to anyone at all.

The service here is second to none! Mark always answers the phone and his encyclopedic mind for anything health related is impressive. He has helped me with a chronic bladder condition (taking biofilm disrupting enzymes) and I have dramatically improved breast cysts with Detoxadine Iodine. The Finchley Clinic are so helpful and go beyond the call of duty. Mark Lester, the Director is keen to sort out any problems or issues you may have and any issues they have with their company.
Their products are of a very high quality and you get what you pay for. There are no cheap and cheerful products in the Finchley Clinic and in my experience, I have been buying from them for over 5 years and am so impressed by the knowledge the company has. I only discovered The Finchley Clinic a few months ago and i immediately got in touch with Mark at The Finchley Clinic
As I wanted confirmation about a couple of products that i was going to use to enhance healing a certain condition. Mark was and has since been extremely helpful and offers wonderful support and advise.
He is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to health and well being. I have a background in healing and holistic wellbeing and having Mark and I have had some fantastic conversations. His experience and knowledge about his products and about health is amazing. The time he gives and the support he offers to those who call upon him is extremely rare these days. I've recently started taking the acclaimed Oxysan and had some questions - not knowing anything much about the Finchley Clinic ( I was recommended the product by a friend) I called the number and Mark answered, though he was not at work at the time.
We then had a lengthy, open, friendly, highly informative and humourous conversation, whereby he answered all of my questions and more.
I became aware that I was speaking to a bit of a genius, who is passionate and brimming with knowledge and experience about what he does.
It was so helpful and very inspiring.
After the call I had a final question so I left him a message and later that day he called me back - amazing!
I've still to find and settle on a regular Oxysan dose that suits me, but I can say, this stuff really works!

I always order from this company. Mark is excellent at advising and helping with whatever you need. I had a query which, ended up my mistake however, Mark was thorough at looking into my query and helping me. Products are quality and work. I cannot recommend The Finchley Clinic enough.
