The most excellent help from Luke at…

The most excellent help from Luke at underfloor heating. He’s the reason why my order was so precise. I love it when companies hire people who are extremely helpful. It’s getting rare. The delivery man was extremely friendly as well I can’t remember his name but he was very smiley and jolly. I Couldn’t ask for a better Experience.

Total lack of adequate packaging = repeated damaged goods

The first delivery arrived with a burst-open tub of joint compound because it was totally inadequately packaged. When they then sent a new delivery to replace the damaged items - you guessed it - exactly the same damage was caused by the same total lack of packaging knowledge. Yes, they refunded the items - but surely it cannot be that hard to actually package items properly? And now I have to dispose of all the spilt compound. I would not use again.
