I have ordered 2 watches as gifts from this service and both have arrived quickly, much sooner than expected! Very good quality and service.

I bought a watch for my partner that cost £100, the watch came and was faulty. I sent the watch back and didn't hear anything for a few weeks. when i called them back they said that they had lost the watch and would therefore replace it, Great news... that was until the watch, that i was told would arrive the following day, never came. A week later and still with no watch i rung them to find out that the watch had been discontinued...However, had i not have rung them, nobody would have called me to discuss. They advised me that i could choose another watch or i could get a "partial refund".
My partner doesn't like any other watches on the site apart from 1 which was a little over £100... I would have thought that after sending a faulty watch, refusing to give me a full refund, not sending a replacement, not contacting me to tell me the watch has been discontinued, they would have given a little bt of compensation and let my partner have the ONLY other watch he liked.
I raised a complaint and was told a manager would call me back that day.. Now I'm sat here, 1 week on, STIlLL waiting for the manager to call me back. Whenever i contact them all they do is repeat themselves by saying, the watch you had is now discontinued and we can give you a "Partial refund", they repeat this over and over and over again.... Terrible company, terrible service and such a rip off.... i am now DOWN £100 and a watch!!!! I will be going to the papers and to my solicitor about this.
