Tui could make transfers nicer
We now book through tui to go to a hotel that we’ve been using for years. This visit we arrived in Palma Majorca and usually are led to where the coaches are ready to depart to the different hotels. This time we were told to go to the tui bit inside the airport and they sent us to the other end to get the transfer. There was a screen which didn’t have any information for us for 15mins. No chairs to sit on and wait and not very personal or friendly. There isn’t many that go to the same area as we go but on our return we were picked up by a five seater car and told she had two more to collect. They weren’t a large couple but I sat in the back in the middle and for the 50 minute journey and couldn’t move. It was uncomfortable and not a sensible idea. I expect more from the tui service as it’s been in the past. With rising costs it’s understandable to try and cut them but maybe this was too drastic. It doesn’t cost money for reassurance or a smile.

Looking forward to holiday choice with TUI. Glad transfers are included. One slight downfall is having to pay for 10kg baggage as the airline is with Ryanair.

Victoria hotel is an excellent hotel
Victoria hotel is an excellent hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Buffet food is very good plenty to choose from .The al a cart restaurant was a little disappointing. We were all exclusive and had no complaints.

The accommodation was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. The food and drink was very basic, and the pool was quite dirty with so much sun tan lotion floating on thr surface.

I had a great experience booking my holiday with Patsy. She went through all aspects of my booking in great detail covering choosing the right hotel and offering excursions to make our trip.all the more memorable.
