I ordered 25 headset bottom cables on thursday afternoon, and they arrived on the tuesday. I didn't have a due date for delivery, but seeing as it was free I have no problems that it took 3 working days. All the cables were present and correct, including my free choclate bar and cleaning kit!
I need a phone really quick and needed sound, simple advice about my option. Shimon, was straight to the point and gave me the information I was looking for. Placed an order and arrived day after. Great service, highly recommended. will definitely be using again!
I placed an order for 4 x dark gray 400 series phones. The price was good and the sales person was very helpful. A parcel arrived the following day (incl chocolate bar) containing 4 x light gray 200 series phones. I recontacted the sales team - who I must say were great- no quibbles they arranged for same day collection of the wrong phones and resent the right phones to arrive the following day (plus another chocolate bar). Therefore 3* is what it says for 'a acceptable experience, which ended with the promised product being delivered in the desired quality' but they were 5* in the handling and resolving the problem.
Good-in the sense that the product arrived and was exactly as stated.
Not so Good-in that the communication of delivery e.g. dispatched with "courrier name" Delivery date and time did not happen, so it was fluke that I was in to receive. Other suppliers do this well. Having said that had the communication regarding delivery been slicker I would have give 5 stars, and it wouldn't stop me using the company again
I found that Topcomms offered the best price for the product desired and that the service did not suffer as a result. Very happy customer would certainly use them again.
My order arrived the next day and communication from Topcomms was excellent - I thoroughly recommend them.
After placing the order I was contacted by phone to say they were not available for delivery until five days later, most firms don't even bother to let you know until a late arrival date. As it was the order arrived within three, I was impressed
The guy I spoke to was really helpful and very good at explaining the products. I never thought talking about phones could be interesting but it was. I placed the order past 3pm and got it delivered next day. If only all companies were as impressive. Many thanks for everything.
