The team went out of their way to fulfil my order - within my order I wanted two particular colours of one of the items, although they didn't have my required colours in stock they checked with their suppliers and got me the colours i wanted. We love all the items we ordered and the prices were great too. Everyone was really helpful and friendly - thank you!

I FOUND THIS COMPANY ON THE INTERNET AFTER MUCH SOLE SEARCHING FOR A GIFT FOR MY 2 YEAR OLD GRANDSON. I HAVE HAD PREVIOUS TOYS FROM THE PINTOY COMPANY BUT I FOUND THEM ON THE TOY BOX WEBSITE AT A CHEAPER PRICE. WHAT ATTRACTED ME WAS NOT ONLY THE PRICE COMPARED TO MANY OTHER COMPANIES SELLING THE SAME PRODUCT. BUT ALSO THE FACT THAT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT DEAL ON BUYING ALL OF THE ITEMS I REQUIRED AT A MAGNIFICENT BUNDLE PRICE. THIS IS A VERY UNIQUE SERVICE AND ONE I HAVE NOT COME ACROSS. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY TO SEE IF ITEMS WERE IN STOCK AND AS I ORDERED JUST BEFORE MY GRANDSONS BIRTHDAY I ASKED IF I WOULD RECIEVE IN TIME AND . I RECEIVED A LOVELY E MAIL FROM THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD ENDEAVOUR TO DO THERE BEST TO SEND FOR MY GRANDSONS BIRTHDAY. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMENND AND USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. WELL DONE.

I ordered a present for my Grandsons birthday on Friday 19th Dec. I ordered it from another Company about 10 days before. I telephoned on the Weds to ensure it had been sent (I had received a note to that effect) to be told it was out of stock until after Xmas. No e-mail or apology, I immediately contacted Top Toy Box on the Weds (just 3 days before the birthday date). It arrived in time. I cannot speak highly enough. I could speak to them on the phone, and they replied to e-mails. They acted as any Company should, but the majority can't be bothered. Give them your business. They won't let you down.

Sarah was great as my parcel had been loaded onto a different truck in error & as a result my parcel became lost in the system. A replacement was issued.
Despite the delay in the parcel arriving they gave us a sterling service. Communications couldn't have been better. Sarah was also in contact with the delivery company & messages were exchanged between us past the hours of business.
We wanted to be able to praise Sarah's efforts to a higher level if that was at all possible & here it is. Recognition of great service needs to be acknowledged and rewarded & due to my inconvenience a discount code is being applied to my account. Couldn't have asked for better. Thanks Sarah.

Ordered the play cash register for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday. Must admit I left it a bit late and was a bit worried it might not arrive in time.
But it turned up promptly.
Good sturdy product, liked the solar calculator.
And the best recommend? On opening it, my granddaughter loved it and immediately started playing shops!

Came across these guys when searching for a gift for a friend's son. They had what I was after, cheaper than anywhere else. Looks like a great range, will be back at Xmas for more!

There are so many great products on this site, and as a bonus they're educational and fun. My kids have had a brilliant time playing "feed the woozle", which kept them busy for an hour! I will definitely purchasing more products from this site, as it is very difficult to find such good quality anywhere else with "value for money" prices. Having four children, ( one with special needs) I don't have money to burn, so toptoybox is perfect!

Best price and quick delivery. It's what my grand-daughter used at school and she wanted to explore it more and she is pleased with it. It surprised me because it's mostly integrated circuits. If you want your kids to build circuits from basic components so they can learn what the components do and how the circuits work don't buy this kit,
but it covers the primary school key stages.
