Fantastic Customer Service
I can only speak as I find and I have to say how very impressed I am with the customer service of Towequipe and all of the staff that I have had contact with. My order was for a Bootliner for my fathers car but I ordered the incorrect one and Towequipe could not have been any more helpful with resolving the re-order, return and exchange of the correct new one.
All of the sales staff right through to the staff at the Unit where I attended to return and collect my item. They were more than willing to refund or exchange with no questions asked.
I will definitely be recommending Towequipe to friends, family & colleagues.

Good vendor who uses a bad courier
Can't fault the service in itself but must question their decision to use Yodel / HDNL / DHL as their courier (aka the worst courier service in the world). Failed to deliver when they we're originally supposed to, failed to re-deliver when they said they would, provided a number to call that was never answered, offered a redelivery window of 7.30am to 9.00pm, impossible to contact to track the parcel, labyrinthine central phone system that eventually cuts you off. Eventually made the 60 mile round trip to pick the roof box up from the couriers. I may as well have just gone to Halfords.

Great Wind Deflectors

Great Quality Car Mats
I had my custom car mats for my Merc E Class delivered in January and over the moon with the quality and the fitment. The colour matched perfectly. Looking for a bootliner soon

Best Fitting Advice
If you want a company who can help you through every step of the tow bar installation then these are the people. Simon must have had enough of my questions by the end of the fitting but he was patient with me. Thanks Towequipe !!!

Best Price on the Internet
We ordered the roof box from Towequipe on Thursday and it arrived on the Friday. I don't know how they can get it to us so quick at the price they do.
We were happy with the pre sales advise received from them.
We know where we will be going for the Bike Carrier.

Appalling attitude
I bought some Beige car mats for my BMW that were supposed to be a precise custom fit tailor made for my vehicle.
The driver's did not fit properly as the cut outs were wrong.
Only one had the velcro fasteners.
The Beige they came in might as well have been blue it was such a bad match for my carpets.
Management refused to pay my return expenses claiming :-
"I have checked the listing as we do not specify the shade of Beige !!!!" Remember these were 'tailor made" for my vehicle.
"or that the item will match the original specification of the vehicle". Remember these were supposed to be a perfect fit!!!!
"the shape will not match exactly any previous mats that were in the vehicle as they will have been sourced from a different location"
Remember the "perfect fit" again!!!!
Why is it that there are so many of these people around these days?

We spent a lot of time trying to work with this customer and sold of 6000 of these mats in the last 12 months without an issues. Some of the correspondance from the customer was rude and offensive and upset the customer service agent who was trying to help the customer. Even though these were custom made we offered to give a full refund as soon as they were received back.

Very very poor
Do not stop in waiting for their mobile tow bar filling service they provide as they never turn up, they are just full of excuses. Traffic on motorway Monday and problems with the van today and not one phone call.

We had issues with traffic due to an accident on the Motorway, we did keep the customer informed and notify them of the delay reducing the price of the order to compensate. The following day we turned up at the customers address on the agreed day and the customer was not in. We tried to call but no answer.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,SLOW DELIVERY TOO.
PURCHASED SET OF CAR MATS FOR MY 207 TOOK ALONG TIME TO ARRIVE ,WHEN ARRIVE RECEIVED 3 MATS BUT NO DRIVERS SIDE MATT.CONTACTED THERE CUSTOMER SERIVES OFFICE NUNEATON VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL,SAYING THAT THE MANUFACTURER CANNNOT SEND 3 MATS ,YET THEY DID AND I AM NOW MISSING DRIVERS SIDE MAT ,SO I HAVE NOW CLAIMED THRU PAYPAL FOR REFUND ,PAYPAL ARE A GREAT METHOD OF PAYMENT AS THEY WILL ALWAYS REFUND .AS FOR TOWEQUIP UNHELPFUL,DELAYS ,AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE .......TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY .

We have tried to work with this customer in order to resolve the problem but he has been un reasonable in order to resolve the problem. This item is made to order and is impossible to sent out without the drivers mat so the manufacture informs us. The customer alerts us of a problem 2 weeks after he has received the item and has thrown away the packaging. This means he opened it and would have seen a issue at the time. He raised a paypal claim before telling us about the problem and we sent a number of emails to the customer to try and resolve, we called him to try and arrange to see the item but the customer refused. There is something not quite right here, yet he signed for the item in tact. This customer is quick to make accusations but is not willing to work with us to resolve problems. I since find out that this customer for a living is a driving instructor a little concerning to his clients with regards to his way of dealing with things. His business is excelarate-driving-school in Coleshill. We always work with Paypal and will forward the email chain of events to show this.

Dead simple, don't publish a policy on your website promising to beat competitors prices then not honour that promise...........
