If you are reading this review and are thinking about using TradeYourStuff then I implore you not to use them. They are con artists and criminals, if I could give them -5 Stars I would. Happy to take your stuff, but not pay. I have now given up trying to get my money from this bunch of thieves after 9 months. I wish there was something I could do, but unfortunately in this day and age the law is on the side of the criminals so DO NOT USE them. I hope that by writing this review I can at least save some others from being conned like I was.

Sent games to Tradeyourstuff in December, firstly things were smooth, they tested them and made me aware some were of no value as they were scratched which was fair enough.

They were passing me onto their finance department who would arrange payment for me... 2 months on I am still waiting.

Tried contacting them through there online form 3 times but nothing came back from them.

I then found an email address which allowed me to contact them directly, again no reply until today.

They say my email had hit their spam filter which i appreciate can happen, however, it is no excuse to take 2 months to send me the cash I deserve.

Advice: stick to the well known companies!

Took stuff, confirmed receipt, never paid. Avoid like the plague.

They confirmed receipt of DVDs and just decided to never pay me, despite confirming they received the DVDs. Daylight robbery.
