After a long consideration, we decided to renovate our kitchen — a big project involving not only a new kitchen but also a new floor and some open-space work. We visited several kitchen companies with top Trustpilot reviews as well as contacts recommendation, then Troels from Tvis Køkken Østerbro clearly stood out.

Troels is extremely professional, patient, and genuinely listens to his customers. His design was thoughtful, practical, and perfectly captured what we wanted. He guided us with the right advice instead of pushing for unnecessary upgrades, which we really appreciated.

And we are also quite impressed by Tvis kitchen’s Housemind team which lead by Kennet to do our flooring and Tømrerarbejde. It seems Tvis Køkken is one of the few kitchen companies has there own carpenter team, which is a big plus too.

Cristine, Tvis kitchen designer, did a great job acting as general contractor on the coordination for the installation sub-contractors. This is our fourth kitchen renovation in our 5th home, and our expectations were high. Cristine stepped up to the plate.

I have been in touch with Kasper Oggesen for renovating our kitchen. I would like to highly recommend Tvis and kasper for anyone planning to renovate their kitchen. They have high quality material and great service but what really sets them apart is their thoroughness of the process and the attention to detail.

My new kitchen project was positive from the very beginning when I met Troels. Everything that followed - the design, the plans, the orders, the work schedule and the coordination of all the various workers all went to according to plan. Troels kept me regularly updated on the progress of the kitchen as I had moved away while the work was going on.I was impressed with the high standard of all the workers he used - the electrician, VVS, carpenter, painters etc. All the work was done according to schedule. I am very happy with my new kitchen, which is not just looking beautiful but is well made. I have already received many compliments on it.

I'll share my experience with Tvis Østerbro that has been pure comedy, in my eyes. Some context: 1) we already have a price and designed of a Tvis kitchen from Roskilde shop we actually liked and 2) we have a rather detailed renovation requests to do through their sister company Housemind. I invited them over our apartment to evaluate, in details, all renovations needed to have a final quotation. This is the usual process for Totalenterprise. For some reasons (maybe we are not Danish?) we were asked to come to the shop in the middle of the week, during work hours, to discuss I don't know what. A meeting online or on Saturdays was somehow not possible. After lengthy discussion per phone, I managed to convince to come to our apartment to have the final estimation of all the works. This agreement suddenly changed unilaterally, with (again) the request to pass by the shop. At that point, I asked to provide us the first available Saturday. The reply was: "I don’t think we can continue the process. Very sorry, but good luck with the project".

Pure comedy in my eyes.

UPDATE after Tvis' response: I find it very funny how Tvis can put together a very patronising reply (they decided for my "best" to not continue to work together, since I'm apparently not able to decide for myself) and ethnicity at the same time. Well done!

Troels gave me a good overview of what was possible in my kitchen and have excellent advise on what would work best in terms of design and space utilization.

We had a really excellent experience with Kasper from Tvis Østerbro when we designed our kitchen. Kasper made the whole process so simple for us and made excellent suggestions for the design and materials so we didn’t have to spend hours looking through options. Throughout the whole process Kasper kept us up to date on timelines and was always available for any questions we had. Kasper is also exceptionally detail oriented and made sure every detail turned out as we wanted. The end result is a beautiful kitchen which we are really delighted with.

We were interested in changing our countertop, installing a new sink and an induction cooktop. We scheduled a meeting during our visit in KØBENHAVN CITY store. We asked whether there might be any problem to communicate in English and we were told it is not.

Poul ended up being 1,5 hour late (he apologized at arrival). The whole meeting was somewhat chaotic. For example, he informed us that he doesn't think we can fit a new induction cooktop (without explanation). He also did not tell us what are the prices for sinks, only that they are more or less the same price. Suddenly, without being finished he said he will send us an offer. When we asked him again whether his offer will include also the cooktop installation, he looked at our kitchen and said: "I am not going to work with this case". When we asked why he said he does not want to get into troubles. He left without a word and closed the door.

We do not know whether it was due to the possible language barrier or perhaps a too small task to deal with but it gave us a horrible vibe and experience.

We have had the pleasure of recently purchasing a beautiful new kitchen (as well as new bathroom cabinets) from Tvis København City. Everything from the design meetings, measurements, delivery and installation went perfectly. A special shout out and thanks to Jens Fabricius Murmann from Tvis for his professional and friendly advice, quick turnaround times and overall commitment to deliver top quality service during the various challenges created by the recent Covid-19 related lockdowns and restrictions. We can highly recommend Jens and his team at Tvis.

We were looking to build a new wardrobe in our new apartment. The moment we entered Tvis in Jagtvej we knew that there was no need to look further. Peter welcomed us warmly and explained all possible ways that the project could turn out. In the next meetings to choose the details he had always a good suggestion to make when we couldn't decide and needed some help. The wardrobe is just perfect! It transformed our bedroom. Both the design and the high quality appealed to us. We were excited also about the quick delivery, while all other things in the new apartment were delivered ages after the estimated time. Also the craftsman did a great job, he also helped us with few damaged cupboards in the kitchen. We are highly recommending Tvis in Jagtvej and Peter!

Poul and the Tvis kitchen team did a fantastic job at guiding us through the process of creating our first, bespoke kitchen. From advising us about the dimensions and materials, to helping us select white-goods at very competitive prices, Poul was there all the way (even if we were quite difficult customers at times!). The final installation was done very professionally with much speed and great attention to detail. Just to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction, Poul came by to inspect the end result and to iron out any remaining niggles. And that was on a Saturday! Great customer service, great end result.

From beginning to end, the project went smooth. On a short window (4 weeks) we went through the whole process. We only had a 2 days delay due to the need of booking a crane to transport the materials to the apartment - which was done without extra costs.

The staff is extremely service-oriented, which made all the process as painless (stress-free) and easy as possible. All I need to do was to agree with the project and deliver the keys.

The result was a kitchen much above my expectations. I would easily recommend it to all my friends.
