We ordered and paid for a Panasonic camera but the following day Richard called to tell us that we paid just one hour after another customer. He offered two choices for us either to get full refund or to wait for another week for a similar camera which was coming to the store. We chose to wait and we got what we were waiting for. This company has all the qualities the customers wish. Well done!

I placed a last minute order for Solar Eclipse glasses, Even though a small item, Richard got it out for next day delivery and it made the day for two granddaughters (and saved grandpa's reputation).

Ordered a pair of binoculars at a very good price (almost too good so I did actually check on Trustpilot) at 10pm on Monday, without noticing I had entered my postcode wrong, but luckily Richard caught that it didn't match my address and called me the next day (Tuesday) to confirm my postcode. Binoculars arrived on Wednesday, well packed and in perfect, brand new sealed condition as described. Really impressed with the service, and glad I chose to give this shop my money over any other bigger retailer!

I bought a Sony RX100 VII saver kit, at a very good price. It was dispatched promptly and arrived the next day. Very happy with my purchase, and would buy through this company again.

Ordered a battery charger and it arrived very promtly the next day.

So good to be able to go into a shop to see and feel what you are going to buy instead of just getting it delivered from some anonymous website. Just purchased a DSLR - great product, great price and great customer service. More than happy to return next time I need any other camera equipment.

I phoned up UKcamera store on Friday 13th at 1:45pm, was given great information on the product I wanted to buy.
At 1:57pm, I received an email from Richard, stating they were getting my order ready.
At 2:08pm I received an email from DHL, saying they were expecting a parcel from UKcamera store.
At 2:50 pm DHL contacted me to say they had my parcel and would deliver it Monday.
This was delivered at 12:03pm (on the Monday)
That to me is fantastic service, all nicely packaged and everything included, at a very reasonable price.

Original purchase in May 2023. In December 2023 I discovered that the payment had gone through twice for a Fuji lens, costing £488.33 - an easy mistake, due to banking security and a couple of tries. The amount was paid twice. In a phone call, director of UK Camera Store Ltd, Richard Wilson assured me that he would look into a refund and that he would respond. The amount has never been refunded to date (May 2025, 2 years on). Richard has never responded to any of my emails. The product is excellent, but it has cost my own company £966.66 for a single lens. ABSOLUTELY consider when buying accessories or camera gear, whether the cheapest price (which is what it was at the time) is being sold by a well managed and genuine trader, which I am sorry to report has not been my experience with UK Camera Store. AVOID!

Celestron 20x80 binoculars sold as A1 grade..
We're clearly faulty and unusable. Returned 4 weeks ago and ukcamera store are refusing to answer my emails and no refund given. Only consider using this company if you pay by credit card.

I bought a Panasonic Lumix lens from the UK Camera Store. Very straightforward ordering process via their website and lens arrived the next day. Great price (but note that delivery charges are extra).

Brilliant service and excellent price. I'll be using UKCameraStore for all my telescope stuff from now on.

Ordered a Celestron Astromaster 127 MAK from here. It was cheaper than anywhere else by around £50.
It arrived promptly. When I set it up, I noticed that there was some damage to the secondary mirror.
I pinged a message to Richard on Saturday night, and had a response early Monday morning saying that Celestron would send a replacement and pick up the old one.

This happened exactly on time with zero hassle. Couldn't have asked for better service.

So I wanted a spotting scope with smartphone adapter. I looked on their website and found one I bought it and what I received never cane with one. After ringing them it turns out they copy and pasted the same photo for all models. Finally got the right one after sending it back at my expense.

I bought a Celestron Starsense Explorer with reasonable price and received with good packaging of the products. I had a call from the shop got the delivery date.

Bought my first camera, a Nikon D3500 from here and my second being a big purchase of the Nikon Z6 + FTZ knowing I could rely on the customer service from Richard. Have just bought a Nikkor Z 24-70 f4 at a superb price too. Will always highly recommend!

Fast service and great value deals on their site.
My order was dispatched extremely quick and good emails to advise of the progress/delivery date.
The only thing that could be improved IMO is the website and checkout experience, which I found a bit clunky on mobile.
