Terrible service, no code send, no money back!

I ordered a code for my LG neon for $9.95 from unlocktotalk.com, too. They said my code would be send to me within 3 minutes. I got nothing! After two days I send them an email, asking for my code. After 5 hours I got a respond: they asked me for my IMEI number which I send them. Their answer was that they can't find an order under my IMEI, even though they withdruw the money from my credit card!
Now I bought a code on EBAY (for $1.75), within 5 minutes I got the code and within 10 minutes my phone was unlocked. It could be so simple!

Extremely Impressed!!!!!

The entire process was flawless from start to finish!! I submitted my IMEI number, paid through Paypal, and received my unlock code within “2 Minutes” literally. My email had perfect instructions and I was up and running within 10 minutes. I could not ask for anything more. By far the best service I have had in a very long time. Totally satisfied customer.

Wow, that was fast and worked on first try!

Amazing!!! We really needed to unlock my Blackberry Curve 8900 and use it instantaneously with my sister's European SIM card (she thought her phone was tri-band... she was wrong). I entered the IMEI number (listed above the barcode under the battery), placed my order using PayPal, and got four unlock codes in an email within 1 minute. Following the instructions that were linked in the email, I entered the first code and it worked! My sister is happily texting ever since...

Worst customer service experience that cost me $20

Worst customer service EVER!!!!!

I purchased the code from this website and it doesn't work. I contacted them back and they sent me the link of something that suppose to make it work but it didn't for me. I tried to talk to the rep but what he said was there's a instruction (that I couldn't find). It's so simple and the instruction will tell you everything like you are talking to me. After that he just ignored me. I tried to call, no one answer. I tried to chat online but may be he figured out that's me so he didn't even answer a word. What customer service is that? So rude and unprofessional.

TIME/MONEY WASTERS

They offer something that they cannot achieve on the time they promise on their advert. They ask for personal details once you have made the payment. Had to open a dispute to get my money back after 8 hours waiting for the code.
