Customer since 2017, quality service and teas
I've been a customer of theirs since 2017. They have a great selection of all types teas all from all around the world.
What I really enjoy about them over other sites I've tried is that they put the ideal brewing information (steep temp/time) on the label so you don't have to remember them or consult a chart or experiment if you haven't enjoyed a certain tea in a while.
They often send a free sample of tea with your order and I discovered my favorite tea to date from one of their free samples (extra bergamot earl grey).
Order processing and shipping is average for most non-Amazon online retailers (teas usually received in a week or less), but I know I am getting a quality product, unlike Amazon.
Currently they have free shipping on orders over $75, but they consistently have sales/times where free shipping is reduced to orders over $35. Otherwise shipping starts at $5 or so for 2-6 business days.
I originally found their site from Reddit, on r/tea's "User's Choice Vendor List". So if you don't trust my review or are looking for other good places to buy quality teas, r/tea is a good alternative to this site to find other tea sellers.
