I ordered 2 thumbdrives on December 7, 2017 and today is January 27, 2018. Still haven't seen or heard anything. Will never buy from them again and intend to warn anybody and everybody.

Scam Alert!
I ordered a flash drive for a gift and it's now been almost a month and I still have not received my item. I emailed them asking for delivery status and received no response. I've searched for a phone number to call to talk to a customer service rep, and one does not seem to exist. I'm convinced this company is a complete scam and I will never order from them ever again. Horrible customer service. I'm hoping I'm able to get my money refunded.

I placed an order on a Thursday morning, got charged immedediately. I sent an email requesting either a tracking info or a status on my purchase there was no response en days ... I then sent a second email to numerous emails linked to the "contact emails" they have listed and there was no response there either. It's been almost 3 weeks since the I place the order and they took my money and I still haven't received my package nor an email back with any sort of response.
I see some good reviews and some bad ones but this just shows how INCONSISTENT this company is.
Save your self some time and money and order the SAME items on Amazon or eBay.

The products that I ordered were all great. The site has a lot of very interesting product that make me want to come back and I definitely will(especially for birthdays).
Excellent. Ordered the product online (the week before My son birthday) and it was out the door and delivered FAST (no extra postage/shipping). Got there before birthday (only took 3-4 days!). Way ahead of my expectations.

I seriously do not know where the hell the bad reviews come from.
I ordered some Bday gifts for my boyfriend on a tuesday, paid for their cheapest shipping and got them on next friday. and it was well packed, the items look like how they are described, and had no problems what so ever.
i am glad that i did not listen to yelp and was able to get my boyfriend some nifty gifts for birthday. my personal favorite- the gun mug.

I bought a majority of my gifts this past Christmas season from USB geek. I even referred some of my friends to their site. I was amazed at their products and was excited to finally have a place I could buy cool techy gifts from.

I bought my youth pastor a usb, my bf's roommate the gun alarm clock system and my boyfriend an awesome pair of sunglasses with a built in mp3 player.

When I received all of these they were great besides one issue... The plugin for my sunglasses was broken. I sent in the issue and they asked for picture proof and promptly sent me another one. Now you are thinking that they have done a great job so far and you are completely right.

We finally received the plug in from USB geek and got ready to setup the glasses. They charged like normal and even played music. Only one small problem.... The glasses only played music when they were connected to the charger that was about 1.5 ft long if that. I emailed USB geek with this problem and they ignored my emails. I have given them appx 2 months to respond and have decided I have lost my money and have to replace the glasses with another company. This isn't the service that I expected to receive. Beware of the "coolness" factor of this company... They may slap you in the face for giving them business.

My shopping experience with usbgeek.com was simple and excellent. The items I purchased was for my son's 9th birthday. To my surpirse the shipping time was very quick coming all the way to Hawaii. I received my order in three days. My son was very happy to receive his birthday gifts. Thank you very much!

I've never had any issues with USB Geek, I've ordered many times from them and everything always comes really quick and packaged well.

Placed an order on Dec. 2, still not received. When I wrote USB Geek concerning matter, they said "Wait"; it's been another week. I'm beginning to think it's a scam . I will NOT let matter drop.

Fast shipping and service, great tracking system.
