I used viva print for some canvas prints, they were due to arrive on a Monday but did not come until Wednesday. I did select the free delivery option so can't complain too much.
Apart from being a bit slow with delivery everything else was fine, very pleased with the finished item and I would order again.
I had ordered a canvas for my uncle and aunty's 25th anniversary on Wednesday 3rd April around 1am in the morning. I used next day delivery option and they sent me a link which when clicked, stated that my canvas will arrive on Thursday 4th April. I was happy with it because the anniversary party was on Saturday. However, I have not got my parcel still and its already Tuesday 9th April. I am so annoyed with this company in making false promises. They ruined my special day and they dont care at all. Ive tried calling them several times but no one picks up the call and you are directed to the voicemail. I even left voicemail but was completely ignored. When I called again on Friday, their voicemail inbox was full and has been full since then. I even emailed them few times but havent got a reply yet. I think this website is a scam and if I dont get my canvas by today or tomorrow, I am reporting it to 'action fraud'.
I'm amazed by all the excellent reports on here, until you look at the very bottom of the pile and there you see all the complaints, which I can only echo. I ordered a canvas - the quality was shoddy, the photo I sent was reduced to a washed out image. I'm really not sure how they managed to do such a bad job. I tried via email, phone, recorded delivery to contact the company and was completely ignored. As far as I know there is no customer service at all. Their website is a complete con. If you phone the number given, you get through to a mailbox which is usually full. I have reported the company to Trading Standards who have logged my complaint. I hope a few more people do too, as they are not fulfilling the customer's statutory rights. Beware of these self-proclaimed 'Experts'. Their attitude to customers is shoddy and in no way professional.
Great looking site, easy to navigate.
Purchased two prints for birthdays presents and was able to specify a different delivery address which was perfect.
Ordering process was super easy, can even pay using PayPal.
Free delivery option available or next day delivery for only £3.99.
Overall great service and value for money.

What a great service, made an order at 11am on Wednesday and the print arrived 8am today.
I simply cannot understand how they have managed to make this print so fast, this is a print using my own image, not just picked off the shelf and posted out.

My canvas arrived days after it was due to arrive and the canvas itself has been poorly stretched over the wooden frame. I have attempted to contact them about the issues and never receive any response from them.
I was going to order a number of different canvases for various rooms in my new home but will be going elsewhere for the rest of them!

I had never ordered a photo on canvas before and wanted to try cheap first and if it looked good then maybe go more expensive in the future. I can tell you now that I will not be looking elsewhere. The quality of the A1 canvas print for less than £30 is amazing. Now pride of place above the fireplace.
This was ordered on Easter Monday and was on the wall by Friday lunchtime.
Received order yesterday, delivered on time.
Print quality is excellent. Order process is simple and very fast.
Prices are very competitive.
No problems at all, will be using again soon.
i ordered my canvas on sat for it to be delivered on tues paying for next day, it is now fri and still no canvas still no reply to any emails and no answer on the telephone!! im very annoyed and upset can anyone help me to find out how to contact this company as to the whereabouts of my canvas a full refund of the money i paid for next day delivery or just a total refund... please

I ordered a print from Viva-print for Christmas. It was delivered with a hole right through the middle.
Tried to contact the company on numerous occasions and finally got a response from the Sales and Marketing director only for them to ask for copy photos. I have provided this and have not had any response!
Will I ever get it resent out to me? Seems unlikely.

Poor quality print with an obvious printing fault. Completely disinterested customer service (Slow or no response to emails, don't answer telephone). Eventually got an email from their Sales and Marketing Director asking for some photos of the problem. Nothing since. Feel completely ripped off.
Have set up www.viva-print-warning.co.uk as a warning to other potential customers

my picture arrived 3 days after due date. the quality was appaling.we were gutted as it was a gift to my in laws who dote on thier grandchildren (it was images of them). you cannot contact viva print by phone and they do not reply to your emails. i have lost £31 thanks to viva print and i have to buy a replacement girft so another £30 or so. Please don't use this company!

Used this company as it was local and had very good site information.After ordering tried to contact company and "nothing". Either got "phone back later" or eventually when re-directed to a mobile number and request a call back...you got nothing.!!! Product when eventually delivered( even after paying for quick delivery) was terrible. For such a professional company there should have been the facility to contact them personally.Emails were not replied to.They took my money and delivered a product that was very upsetting!!!
