You were not just my instructor. You had the patience to teach me, to explain things to me, and to show me as many times as necessary, until I truly understood. You taught me not only how to drive, but also how to believe in myself and how to control the emotions that sometimes overwhelmed me.

Along the way, a beautiful friendship was also formed, and for that I will always be grateful to you. You believed in me even in the moments when I no longer believed enough in myself.

Bina was such an excellent driving instructor. Her clear and focused style of teaching taught me the requisite set of skills I needed to pass the driving test first time. She really helped me build my confidence behind the wheel. Every lesson was a valuable learning experience with constructive feedback and time spent on addressing key weaknesses.

Bina is incredibly patient and lets the students take their time understanding driving techniques and allows students time to get used to driving. She has immense belief in all her students and is 100% supportive of them. Her instructions are clear and concise, and she thoroughly goes through all the driving routes with her students to make sure they’re fully prepared.

Great instructor, good at teaching helped pass first time

I came to Vips after my previous instructor left, and i had the best experience. He was very patient and calm. Everything was always explained clearly and he was always encouraging even when i made mistakes. Thanks to him i passed my test, i highly recommend. Thank you very much :)

Vips took me on after failing many times with a previous instructor got me ready and passed in only a month top man top instructor

Terrible. Hassan was my instructor who kept cancelling on me one time on the day then caught an attitude when I got sick and notified him on the day. Also tried to charge me for another 10 hours before I even finished my first 10. Called customer service to complain and change instructor but they are still yet to call me back so I’m going to have to call them again. Really regret using this company please avoid.

Hassan was a brilliant instructor - he prepared me so well for the test. All his advice has made me a safer and more confident driver and the lessons were also really enjoyable. He knew all the test routes around Hendon and prepared me for all the potentially tricky moments - would encourage anyone learning to drive to have lessons with Hassan!

My instructor Vips, was the best instructor I could have asked for, he prepared me for everything I would need to know for the test and general driving afterwards. He was patient, and very helpful. Passed my test first time, all I can say is he’s amazing!

He had a real talent for breaking down tricky manoeuvres and building my confidence behind the wheel. Lessons were always well-structured and I never felt rushed.
