Be aware if you need the product on time. you will never want to order from this website. The customer service are JUST BAD. They only keep sending you email when you asking for quote and pushing you to place the order. Once your order been placed. The customer service either ignore your phone calls/emails or just took maybe 10+days to do a simple respond. They told me the product lead time is 7-10days. And now it is over 20days since I placed the order. I have NO respond from them at all for the ship date status. I have been sending messages on their website also couple emails to the reps. NONE of it get me answer about when my shipment will be able to ship......up to date I am still waiting.

I ordered several items for our office including calendars. All of the items were shipped and arrived quickly but the calendars were for the wrong year. I reached out to customer service only to get a voicemail. After no returned I tried again, It took 4 days to get a vague email with no resolution. I responded to that email 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back. I will not order from them again.

This company is awful. We placed an order with them on 04/13. Never heard from them, never received the product. I called on 4/26 and was supposed to receive a call back from customer service and got crickets. On 04/27 I called back and spoke to the same rep. He advised me the order was not packaged, shipped or ready to be shipped because there was an issue with the part number so the order was just sitting there. He also indicated if I never called, it would have just stayed there idle. I advised him to cancel the order. He said okay.

We then receive an email the order is going to ship several hours later and once it has we will receive tracking (which was sent on 4/28) ..and now the order suddenly couldn't be canceled.

I have emailed several times. Chandra in customer service thinks we should have to ship the items back even thought the company obviously at fault and pushed to ship the order even after they were advised to cancel it. I asked for a supervisor she sends me an email address no one responds to. No one answers their telephone or returns calls.

BEWARE

Bought a pair of snips from them. They sent me a different pair than what was pictured. Customer service told me that the picture didnt have to match and if i wanted to return them i would pay for postage and 20% restocking free. Total scam. They sell items that arent pictured.

I ordered supplies for my classroom, and when the items arrived, they were not suitable to my needs. I called customer service, and the person I spoke with (Leah) was very helpful in trying to help me find a replacement that would suit my specific needs. She searched their inventory, and was not able to come up with a suitable replacement, so she gave a return authorization number and I shipped the items back, at my expense. This was in March 2013. It is Now June 18th, and I am still waiting on my refund. I have called customer service, left numerous messages, and no one calls back, When I do speak with someone, they tell me that My refund has been authorized, but I still do not see it! I paid through paypal, so the refund should be straightforward. I am highly disappointed and I would not recommend anyone do business with this company!
