I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Watchfinder & Co., particularly with Oliver Palmer, who looked after me throughout the whole process.

I was looking to part-exchange my Breitling for a Hublot Big Bang and had quite a few questions before making the decision. Oliver was extremely helpful, patient and professional throughout.

The process was completely straightforward. Once the deal was agreed, Watchfinder arranged a fully insured home collection for my Breitling, and kept me updated throughout. The Hublot was then dispatched promptly.

When it arrived, I was genuinely delighted. The watch was absolutely immaculate, exactly as described, and came with the box, all the paperwork and the recent Hublot service invoice. It was even better than I had hoped for.

I particularly liked the reassurance of buying through Watchfinder, with their authenticity guarantee and 24-month warranty. The whole experience felt safe and professional from start to finish.

Five stars without hesitation.

I visited The Royal Exchange yesterday to buy a watch. My contact was Louise Sarr and she made every effort to make my journey worthwhile and my experience memorable. She also gave me some very good advice on the choice between two models. What struck me the most, was how she made it all happen so effortlessly. I know her manager knows how competent she is from the respect her shows her and also her colleagues were charming. This is a how a watch company should operate, a fair price, outstanding quality and a flexible delivery operation to even make my appointment possible!! I would thank them for their care and service but mostly for being a great team

The watch was said to be excellent condition. The watch strap is flimsy and shaky, even some pins are falling. Disappointed to be honest.

Sell your watches and deal with them and your details will be secure and safe see tv advert what a total joke,A few years ago they were hacked major data leak,my details like many customers ended up on the dark web,every scammer and sex adverts which i have been plaqued with ever since,no apology no contact no compensation and they did not let me know,i had to find out my data had been breached from my credit report company,trust them with your details if you dare,disgusting vile company not to be trusted at all,When i contacted them they had no interest whatsoever.

I have bought and sold quite a few watches with Watchfinder and found the process, service and staff very good. A little annoyed this time that work was required on 2 watches I sold which I only bought from Watchfinder 2 and 3 years ago and very rarely wore.

A beautiful watch at a great price. Easy online purchase with super fast delivery. Would not hesitate to recommend this Company

Smooth and well communicated transaction

My contact was Tom Holland at Watchfinder and I have to say he was superb to deal with no email left unanswered all concerns dealt with quickly and professionally the watch he found me was just outstanding the whole process was really easy gave me a great price for my trade in as well would definitely recommend this guy and this company and would definitely buy from them again.

Low ball offers, terrible business, offered 64000 for my new Rolex John Mayer 2, a watch that's trading for about 30000 over what they offered, they seemed like a reputable place from the videos I watched, but never again

Received a valuation for my watch. Sent it in. Apparently, was not saleable. Was returned to me in pieces, although this was later rectified. Complete waste of time and effort from my point of view. Will definitely not deal with this company again.

I have been looking for a Breitling Hurricane watch for a while. I finally found the perfect example on Watchfinder. From first contact to delivery I cannot fault anything at all. Very happy with my watch

I recently sold my Breitling to Watchfinder and honestly couldn't be happier with the service.

From start to finish the process was smooth, professional and completely hassle-free. I took my watch in on Saturday and the funds were in my account by Wednesday, exactly as promised.

What really impressed me was that Watchfinder offered more for my watch than any of the other companies I contacted. The valuation was fair, transparent and there was no pressure at any stage.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and kept me updated throughout the process, which gave me complete confidence.
